PRENATAL BABY BUMP.

Our Baby Bump Program is designed to help you stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy, ensuring you maintain some tone and abdominal/pelvic floor strength for a great postnatal recovery. Join other mothers-to-be with our experienced trainers in a supportive environment, for a program that is safe for both you and bubs and mindful of movements that can potentially do more harm than good.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, this program improves or maintains physical fitness, helps with weight management, reduces the risk of gestational diabetes in obese women, and enhances psychological well-being.
Even if you haven’t been exercising before pregnancy it’s not too late to start, we modify everything to your level. Simple. Easy. Gentle. Effective.

POSTNATAL BABY BOOT CAMP.
PERSONALISED TO YOUR POSTNATAL BODY.
Our Baby Boot Camp Program is built to help your body heal and recover, with exercises designed for fitness, toning and strengthening of the pelvic floor, core and overall body.
Adapted to your unique birthing experience and postnatal body, we work to your needs within a supportive and motivating environment (with other Mums!).Â
These sessions are created to cater to all fitness levels and abilities, with a special baby play zone in the Taylored Hub so you can give your bubs some cuddles when they (and you) need it.
