Holistic Nutrition & Naturopathy

Whether you’re experiencing a bubbly belly, recurrent migraines, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, acne, eczema, or auto-immune issues, our experienced nutritionists and naturopaths can help demystify the path ahead, working towards vibrant health and well-being.

Clinical Nutrition

Clinical nutrition is an advanced practice requiring additional skills and qualifications. Through an intensive assessment of health challenges we then deliver a research-driven, comprehensive nutrition plan. It is often combined with additional diagnostics and on-going coaching.

Functional Testing

Our specialists will often use advanced at-home testing services to remove the guesswork and discover underlying issues around food sensitivities, intolerances, genetic considerations and hormonal factors related to the food you eat and how well your body can use it. This is built into your plan.

Whether you’re experiencing diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, bloating, pain or reflux, we can help better understand your digestive process and identify the root cause of the discomfort.

Mood Disorders

There is a clear connection between the body and mind. While there are many areas of mindset and lifestyle practices that affect mood, how you nourish your body can make a huge difference to mood disorders like depression, anxiety, PMS, PMDD, ADHD or other mental health conditions.

Athletic Performance

If you’re a passionate sports person, with big demands on your mind and/or body, you need to fuel it right. If you want a competitive edge or boost your performance, let’s ensure you’re eating in a way that supports your goals.

Often Sick or Tired

Feeling tired when you go to bed is normal. Being tired around the clock and not being able to function well or falling asleep during the day is not normal. Neither is being sick more than a few times a year.  Let’s work to address what’s going on, and how food can support your body.

Food Allergy / Sensitivity

We can assess whether you have food allergies and in conjunction with at-home diagnostics (additional cost), identify the foods that may be causing inflammation or symptoms of disease.

Eating Disorders

If you suspect you have an eating disorder, or have been diagnosed with one, it can feel like a very lonely and scary place. During this time, it’s important to meet with a professional who can walk with you as you recover and restore your health. 

Meal Planning

If you’re looking to improve your diet and learn how to apply new eating prinicples e.g. paleo, ketogenic, FODMAP we can help provide the best advice and guidance to plan your meals and approach ahead.

Hormone Issues

If you’re experiencing hormonal issues, including (but not limited to) the loss of your period, lack of sex drive (or ability to perform) or problems that seem to arrive every month, let’s work to assess what’s going on and how food can help overcome these issues.

Weight Management

If you’ve struggled with your weight, we can help you understand the underlying reasons for the weight gain or loss, as it relates to your family history, hormone levels, psychology, lifestyle and genetic factors.

Fertility & Pregnancy

How you nourish your body can make a profound impact with overall fertility, but also if you’re already pregnant or recently given birth (because preparing to be or becoming a new Mum is a remarkable biological change). All those extra hormones can also wreak havoc, so it’s important to eat the right foods to support a healthy body.


If you’ve recently been diagnosed or struggling to manage your diabetes, we can work with your Doctor to provide nutrition support and guidance as you work to manage your blood sugar.

Relationship with Food

If you are looking for help to build (or re-build) a healthy relationship with food and trying to figure out how to navigate a world filled with opinions, we can help guide you on the path ahead.

How It Works.

Nutrition | Naturopathy

After your free 20 minute consultation, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire which dives more deeply into your situation. Your holistic nutritionist and/or naturopath will review that information, and during your 90 minute discovery session, they will work through these details, delivering a treatment plan to kickstart your Taylored Nutrition Journey.




Follow Up

Throughout the next few months, you’ll schedule a 45 minute follow-up sessions. The purpose of these meetings is to review your progress & make appropriate adjustments to your treatment plan. to give you the best outcome. If you’re still struggling with a few symptoms, your specialist might also recommend functional testing to assess any underlying issues.




Functional Testing

We offer a variety of testing services, such as genetic, hormone, gut health, food sensitivity analysis, stool, and metabolic function tests. These tests can be done in the comfort of your own home with simple collection protocols. These tests can take up to 4 weeks to process.  We use these results to personalise your treatment or refer where needed.
