When you sign up for a Taylored Coach Membership, you are paired with a coach who expertly designs and curates your personalised, multifaceted program based on the Taylored Four Pillars: Mindset, Lifestyle, Nutrition and Movement. Your coach is only one of the team members to walk alongside you over the next 12 weeks. You’ll also have someone on the Taylored Care Team to keep things moving along smoothly, with specialists dropping in and out of your journey as required to address your unique needs. Nothing happens in a silo here, we’re a Team. So, even though you choose a main Coach, we cross-pollinate our expertise to support our members.

LUKE TAYLOR
Taylored Head Coach, Health & Performance Specialist, Ex-New Zealand Triathlete
The Taylored Method was designed from Luke’s personal journey. Unable to find answers to his own health struggles, Luke established a system to uncover underlying issues that often go undiagnosed. By uncovering the root cause of health and performance issues, Luke believes we can help unlock true potential. He thrives off a challenge and loves connecting the dots to find the answers that others haven’t, ultimately empowering our clients to take action.
Triathlon and high-performance training has been a big part of Luke’s life as he wanted to test and polish the Taylored Method. Ironman, as a discipline, became a focus for him as he felt it epitomised the athletic potential of the human body while combining the need for highly effective time management strategies that many of our clients find challenge with. Over the last year, Luke has leaned deeper into Taylored as he works to recover from his own Traumatic Brain Injury after coming off his bike during the Bintan 70.3 Half Ironman in Indonesia.
If Luke isn’t in athletic lycra you will find him in some rubber, surfing or in the mountains, snowboarding. Chances are also high that you find him in his favourite cafes, working and drinking coffee – he does love his coffee 😉

RACHEL KELLY
Taylored Head Coach, Ex-New Zealand High Performance Athlete, C-Suite Executive.
Growing up as a high-performance New Zealand athlete, Rachel has extensive experience harnessing the right mindset, nutrition and movement practices to achieve even the most challenging goals. As a biotech entrepreneur and C-Suite executive spanning hundreds of countries, Rachel effectively translated her experience as a New Zealand Gymnast into the business world which honed and polished her lifestyle and leadership talents to a level that even impressed companies such as Telsa and Google (yes, she has worked alongside them).
Rachel is originally from the Waikato and brings an incredibly unique spin to Health & Performance Coaching, traversing all Four Pillars with passionate curiousity and an incredibly comprehensive, whole health approach. She cares deeply about creating safe spaces for growth, development, and trauma healing. With her qualifications (Master of Science in Biochemistry/Toxicology) and years spent as a Scientist, Rachel is one of the key Taylored members involved with translating highly complex clinical diagnostics and leading our healthspan intelligence data platform being launched next year.
When Rachel isn’t at the Taylored Hub, she is creating moments of joy with her Partner and their two children (7 and 10 years old) through a shared love of coffee, travel, adventure, biohacking, and anything geeky.
