Our extremely popular Transformers classes are 30min circuit based sessions that are designed to be value for money, getting you results with a great workout with no time wasted. Plus, everyone loves variety so we keep things interesting with no one session ever being the same.
Why are we different: No longer do you need to fear group training.
These groups are limited to 8 people max! This is so we can keep a close eye and ensure you perform the exercise correctly. Also, all our trainers are degree qualified and above so they are armed with an endless amount of exercise variations to cater to any injuries or conditions. Our trainers take the time to get to know our members to ensure they get the most out of their group training sessions
Designed to correct physical and postural imbalances and regain optimal pain-free range of motion. A combination of trigger point therapy, yoga & pilates to iron out any niggles and get your body moving as it was designed to.
Pre-Natal: Baby Bump
Mums to be, this is the prenatal exercise class for you! Baby Bump Bootcamp is specially designed to help you stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy while maintaining some tone and abdominal/pelvic floor strength. It is important to know which exercises are safe for both you and bubs and to be aware of what movements can potentially do more harm than good. These sessions are suitable for all stages of pregnancy (6- 40Weeks). Regular physical activity during pregnancy improves or maintains physical fitness, helps with weight management, reduces the risk of gestational diabetes in obese women, and enhances psychologic well-being. Even if you haven’t been exercising before pregnancy it’s not too late to start, we modify everything to your level. It’s also a great place to meet other ‘mums who are going through the same stages With experienced trainers in strength & conditioning and clinical exercise physiology/rehab you’ll be in the best of hands.
Post Natal: Baby Bootcamp
These sessions are created to cater to all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you have an abdominal separation, weak pelvic floor or are just unfit, we can help! Our programmes are specially designed to help the body heal and strengthen as you complete exercises designed for fitness, toning and strengthening of the pelvic floor, core and overall body. We check for any injuries/weaknesses and work together to get you the best results during your time with us! Best of all, we love babies! Bring them with you so they can join in on the bonding time and watch you kick butt! These sessions are also great to meet other mums and for you to get a workout in while in a supportive/motivating environment. Your Trainers are all experienced & qualified Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation and Strength + Conditioning coaches, you will be in the best of hands! Oh and don’t forget, they are too happy to give your bubs some cuddles when they need it while you smash out your workout.
